(More customer reviews)They work nicely on the driver side mirror although they do take up a lot of room on the mirror and it takes some time to get adjusted to them. I put one on the passengers side mirror but found it pretty much useless as that mirror was already a convex wide angle mirror "things are closer than they appear". I sent for the removal kit from the manufacture and removed the passenger side mirror. The removal tool is three feet of mono filament fishing line that you wrap around the mirrors base and work under the attachment pad, they also send two new pads and some cleaner for about $5.00. The picture is very misleading as to the size of this mirror compared to your "normal sized" side view mirror. This MaxiView mirror takes up much more room than shown in the ad on normal sized side view mirrors. I would advise buying a single mirror for each cars driver side rear view mirrors, they are nicely designed and do increase your safety.
UPDATE: These work great in the daylight hours but are useless after dark as the headlights of cars behind you become too small to see in this mirror.
