(More customer reviews)I don't recommend replacing this motor yourself unless you are experienced or a combination of patient and mechanically inclined and have a bit of free time. This took me about 1.5 - 2 hours to replace myself with no previous experience, though not due to the product itself, but mounting brackets and gears for the window and motor.
The motor itself worked like a champ right away. No soldering, just a 2 wire connector to disconnect from the old motor and plug in to the new one. Motor has been working well for 3 months now.
