(More customer reviews)This switch is way more heavy duty than I expected...in a good way. The price is really good for the quality as well. I received my switch on time, with clear instructions and a hand written note of enthusiasm welcoming inquiry calls, install questions and an invitation to upload pics of the install. Just be aware that all you get is the switch. You will most likely need to also purchase X-amount of battery cable and terminals to suit your application. I mounted my switch to a Taylor Cable Battery Box located in the bed of my Tacoma in conjunction with some Pico screw down terminal ends and an Optima battery. I would recommend having your mechanic or someone qualified set this up for you just because you will wind up spending a fortune on the correct tools and parts if you try and buy them all yourself. This is an easy install, but the bits and pieces get expensive. This is great for me because I do a lot of electrical work on the truck myself and this way I don't have to disconnect the battery every time I need to do something. Also useful when not driving for an extended period of time. Accessories drain the battery in about 4 days so this is pretty handy. Glad to have it in the case of an emergency, too. The one time I could have really used this in an emergency, I was lucky to have a buddy with a wood handled shovel.
